The name CABING is a compilation of the first initial of each of our grandchildren’s names. It serves as a continual reminder of the most important thing to us—family—yours, ours, and those in the service areas of our partnering communities. It ensures we continue to remain focused on being led by our purpose and driven by performance.

That purpose is supported by our time-tested, proven processes and workflows, driven by the latest technologies and innovations. We combine that with a focus on maintaining the highest level of engagement with our client partners and candidates to drive desired outcomes and performance. Our processes and workflows are designed to augment our client partner’s efforts, not compete with them. Here are a few differences:

• We don’t post opportunities online. Our approach is to develop and execute original research every day to identify the best qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. While others may feel there’s value in posting positions on job boards and websites, we find it adds a lot of unnecessary friction, slowing our processes. That lack of posting also extends to our website.

• We don’t post positions or our client partner’s names on our website. We’ve found it often provides a lead source for our competitors. And our colleagues use this type of advertising to drive additional business, something else that isn’t a focus for us.

• Our team members focus on just ten active client partner relationships. We believe this approach provides an opportunity to develop unparalleled institutional knowledge that’s critical to being an effective partner and ambassador in today’s market.
