Our physician and executive search services are offered under a retained fee model. This model necessitates a commitment from both partners for searches that demand significant investments of time, material, and money in fiercely competitive markets.
What sets us apart is the scope of our work. We deliberately maintain small portfolios (in comparison to industry norms) to ensure a continuous and devoted recruitment effort. It is not uncommon in this field for consultants and their teams to handle a dozen or more executive searches. In the physician sector, it is not unusual for a recruiter to manage up to 30 searches to secure a couple of placements in a month.

To ensure continuity and drive increased institutional and market knowledge, you deal with a single point of contact. We don't have separate sales and recruitment teams, only individual professionals. Should a recruitment collaboration be established, that individual takes ownership of the relationship and the commitments made.
