Contingent Search

Contingent Search

Many organizations prefer contingent fee models because they eliminate upfront costs, requiring a fee only when a hiring decision is made. Historically, there have been challenges with this model for both agencies and client partners.

At CABING we’ve eliminated many of the challenges with this model. Our contingent search model is available in a very select group of specialties we identify as our core competencies. Why? We network in these specialties continually developing relationships, our network, and working to consistently deliver value. From our lens, the most effective process to identify great talent is through referrals, what we call the “friends and family” program. Our goal is to be an extension of your existing network providing exposure to a broader audience with deeper market penetration.

Every day we’re driven by our purpose, to perform. Our objective is to identify the highest quality candidates, not the most available. To do that, we created a different approach with our processes. Our approach is driven by original research and outreach generated daily to share with the market. Why? Top performers aren’t frequenting job boards or social media sites looking for new opportunities. In most instances, they’re focused on driving activity to deliver patient care and desired outcomes.

Our processes ensure we are responsive to our client partner’s personnel needs as they develop or change. Our associates maintain partnerships with a maximum of ten client partners. This ensures we remain focused on our purpose and performance. We would be happy to have a conversation if you are unhappy with either the quality or quantity of candidates you’re receiving.
